3 Days A Week Warrior

60 minutes: $60

WORKOUT MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS!!! Classes change focus to increase balance and range of motion, flexibility, endurance, tone, strengthen and sculpt. Start your week off with a heart pumping, fat burning, HIIT, Cardio and Strength workout. Recover day on Tuesday (day off). We are back at it on Wednesday to work that BOOTY and lower body. Friday we focus on toning and sculpting the upper body.

Classes change focus to increase balance and range of motion, flexibility, endurance, tone, strengthen and sculpt. Start your week off with a heart pumping, fat burning, HIIT, Cardio and Strength workout. Recover day on Tuesday (day off). We are back at it on Wednesday to work that BOOTY and lower body. Sculpt and tone your core with an abdominal workout on Thursday. Friday we focus on toning and sculpting the upper body. Finishing the week with  dynamic stretching, meditation and active recovery to feed your body and soul in our Mobility & Meditation.
