3 -5 Days A Week 45 - 60 Min Classes
On Demand (Zoom 48 hr access). Workouts are emailed the morning of,once monthly subscription has been verified.

 

Classes change focus to increase balance and range of motion, flexibility, endurance, tone, strengthen and sculpt. Start your week off with a heart pumping, fat burning, HIIT, Cardio and Strength workout. Recover day on Tuesday (day off). We are back at it on Wednesday to work that BOOTY and lower body. Sculpt and tone your upper body and core with an abdominal-upper body workout. Finishing the week with dynamic stretching, meditation and active recovery to feed your body and soul in our Mobility & Meditation.

Weights 2lbs - 10lbs (optional)
Ankle Weights up to 5lbs (optional)
Long Resistance Bands (optional)
Short Resistance Bands (optional)
